Registrations being accepted for 蘑菇视频 Summer Art Academy

An 蘑菇视频 Art Academy participant pauses to admire the mask she created during the two-week camp for area kindergartners through sixth graders. This summer's academy will meet in the 蘑菇视频 Art Building from 9 a.m. to noon, Monday through Friday, June 13 through 24.
"The academy offers an exciting introduction to the visual arts and an immersion into specific media," said Gary Parker, 蘑菇视频 art instructor and director of the academy.
Classes are arranged by approximate age and meet from 9 a.m. to noon in the Art Building on Wilson Drive. The students' work will be exhibited at 6 p.m. Friday, June 24, in the Art Building. Afterwards, students may take their work home.
The $160 registration fee includes all art supplies, refreshments and exhibition expenses. Registration information is available at or by calling the School of Art at (936) 468-4804.
"We encourage parents to register their children early since enrollment is limited to ensure personal attention and instruction," Parker said.
