Stephen F. Austin State University history student Josi Moore of Tyler was presented the Tommie Jan Lowery Award in the spring by Dr. Troy Davis, Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ professor of history. The award is given annually by the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Department of History to an outstanding undergraduate student.
