Overview
Many careers in music require a certain amount of arranging, transcribing and composing. Teachers, conductors, performers and musicians in churches and recording studios are required to create and notate music specifically tailored to their needs.
A minor in composition equips you to face these challenges with confidence. You can customize 18 credit hours to develop your skills in many topics including concert music, jazz and media scoring.
