Build a foundation in the culinary arts by turning your passion for food into a rewarding career in professional kitchens and food service management. You'll gain hands-on experience that prepares you for the fast-paced demands of the industry.
The curriculum's 18 hours of specialized coursework teaches the science and art behind great food. From using a garde manger to prepare and store savory cold dishes, to technical cooking methods for hot-food preparation, our classwork is very hands on. Want more? You'll craft professional-grade desserts, learn the basics of nutrition and become an expert in food organization and service.
All concentrations in the hospitality administration program include a 300-hour industry internship to ensure you're ready for real-world application. Service-learning opportunities provide practical, hands-on knowledge in real settings.

Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ has rolling admissions. That means you can apply to the university anytime. Although, applying early has financial and housing benefits. Make sure to check with your specific department! Some programs need extra paperwork by a certain date to consider you for the upcoming semester.
