If you are looking for software, check with Information Technology Services first. Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ may already have a license for it, which makes it available to faculty, staff and students at no cost. The free, downloadable software licensed by Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ includes:

  • Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Microsoft Office*
  • Zoom*
  • Banner
  • IBM SPSS Statistics*

*This software is available for download on Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ devices via Ivanti. Users may access Ivanti downloads by:

  1. Navigate to the computer's "Start Menu."
  2. Open the "Ivanti Management" folder.
  3. Select "Portal Manager."
  4. Follow the instructions to download the software.

Faculty and Staff Resources

Course Material

Faculty members are encouraged to contact the Learning Experience Design team in the Center for Teaching and Learning to obtain assistance with preparing accessible online courses and materials. The team also can answer questions about accessible materials and universal design for materials for face-to-face and other distance education courses.

Employee Accommodations

Employees may reference HOPS 03-307 - Reasonable Workplace Accommodations to view steps for requesting accessibility accommodations.

Student Resources

The Office of Disability Services provides guidance and assistance for accessibility accommodations. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
