Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ is proud to partner with and the Raikes Foundation to offer faculty the opportunity to participate in the , or SEP. The SEP aims to improve college success by transforming the student experience. With a focus on building community and a sense of belonging on campus, the principles of the SEP help improve student persistence and degree completion. Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ faculty in an SEP cohort will collaborate with their peers to apply SEP principles to our academic programs to help students overcome academic challenges and graduate successfully.

Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ is one of 16 institutions participating in the AY 2025-2026 SEP national cohort. Other institutions include Ohio State University, Texas A&M University, North Carolina State University, the University of Minnesota, and more.
