Chris Barcroft

Education:

Effective personal training should be grounded in evidence-based practices. Training should be guided by reliable research and proven methods, keeping in mind your goals, experiences and abilities. Chris’s experience with strength training has taught him the importance of consistency, discipline and adaptive training.
There is no single approach that works for everyone. Whether you want to build strength, improve performance, lose weight or simply become healthier, he'll take a unique approach with you. Chris strives to create effective programs and build a relationship with you. He's interested in understanding what motivates you and is excited to help you develop confidence and habits that last beyond your time in the gym.
MaeLyn Haslam

Personal training goes much deeper than just working out. It's about building confidence, discipline and knowledge that leads to a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. She'll create a personalized training routine for you and explain the "why" behind what you're doing along the way.
Proper form, progressive overload, consistency, nutrition, recovery and using evidence-based practices are the foundation for creating sustainable results. MaeLyn is passionate about continuing to expand her knowledge in nutrition and exercise sciences so she can provide the best guidance possible. Most importantly, MaeLyn wants you to feel challenged, supported and empowered. She's here to share the tools and knowledge you need to succeed in your well-being.
Hayley Horan

Hayley is a passionate fitness professional dedicated to helping others build strength, confidence and lifelong healthy habits. Her past experience includes Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ Campus Rec clients of all fitness levels, and personal training at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, where she completed a summer internship in the power strength and conditioning department.
Her career goal is to become a collegiate strength and conditioning coach.
Hayley believes fitness should be both effective and enjoyable. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, improve athletic performance, or simply feel your best, she is committed to helping you build sustainable habits and achieve lasting results.
Hunter Kirkes

Caiden Lee

Caiden has a passion for helping others. Fitness should be a tool for empowerment, giving you the opportunity to become stronger, healthier, and more confident. His priority as a trainer is to guide you toward your goals in a safe and supportive way: ensuring progress is made without compromising long-term health.
He creates programs that are personalized, engaging and sustainable, with a focus on proper technique and steady improvement. With a background in hypertrophy, powerlifting, running, swimming, and cycling, he brings a balanced approach that develops both strength and endurance. At the heart of his philosophy is the belief that training should inspire growth without unnecessary risk. Caiden is dedicated to helping you push past your limits, build resilience and achieve results in a way that is both effective and safe.
Jessica Leon

Education:

You honor your physical and mental health when you commit to something outside your comfort zone. She goes by the quote, "All progress takes place outside the comfort zone." — Michael John Bobak.
Her goal is to challenge you to question your desire to become better than you were yesterday.
She finds it essential to create programs that will engage you and help you understand how work toward your goals. She specializes in weight loss, hypertrophy and cardiovascular endurance. Jessica has a background in powerlifting. She plans to open a private physical therapy practice one day.

Body composition assessment
This 15-minute three-site skinfold assessment, performed by one of our certified personal trainers, determines your amount of lean body mass versus fat body mass. At the end of the assessment, you will receive general guidelines for how to improve body composition.
