Effective Sept. 1, 2023, Stephen F. Austin State University, a member of The University of Texas System, was created as a new university within the UT System and is no longer subject to the Public Funds Investment Act.
The prior Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ, abolished that same day, was subject to PFIA, and reports covering the three years prior to joining the UT System will continue to be posted.
