Guest Students using Federal Benefits or Hazlewood

If you are an Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ student wanting to take classes at a second college or university, the VRC will need the following:

  • an email from your advisor stating that the class(es) in question will count toward your degree at Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ. The email must include the course abbreviation and number from the second college or university and what it will count for at Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ.
  • The name and address of the certifier at the second college or university.

If you are a student at another college or university and are taking classes at Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ the VRC will need the following:

  • a letter from your certifying official stating what your benefit is, the abbreviation and course number of the class(es) at Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ and what they will count for at your parent college or university.
  • Certificate of Eligibility
  • DD-214 (Veterans only)
  • Certification Request Form
