The Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ continuity framework consists of four integrated components:

Emergency Operations Plan (EOP)

The Emergency Operations Plan establishes the University's emergency response framework and outlines how incidents are managed during emergencies.

Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP)

The Continuity of Operations Plan serves as Annex A to the Emergency Operations Plan and establishes the institutional continuity framework for sustaining and restoring essential university functions.

Business Impact Analysis (BIA)

The Business Impact Analysis identifies critical functions, evaluates operational impacts, establishes recovery priorities, and determines resource dependencies.

Business Continuity Plans (BCPs)

Departmental Business Continuity Plans document procedures and strategies for maintaining or restoring operations following a disruption.
