The dance program at Stephen F. Austin State University will present "Danceworks" at 7 p.m. Thursday and Friday, April 18-19, and 3 p.m. Saturday, April 20, in the Lucille Norton HPE Complex Dance Studio, Room 201. Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ's Symphonic, University bands to present joint concert


NACOGDOCHES, TEXAS - The Stephen F. Austin State University College of Fine Arts and School of Music will present the Symphonic Band and University Band in a performance titled "ICONS" at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 16, in the Grand Ballroom of the Baker Pattillo Student Center on the Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ campus.

The University Band, under the direction of Associate Director of Bands David W. Campo and graduate assistant conductor Jay Weems, will perform a wide variety of music featuring selections by composers William Owens, Pavel Tchesnokoff, Henry Fillmore and Larry Clark.

Horticulturist to discuss Italian gardens at upcoming Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ lecture


NACOGDOCHES, Texas - The Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ Gardens at Stephen F. Austin State University will host the next installment of the Theresa and Les Reeves Lecture Series at 7 p.m. Thursday, April 18, in the Agriculture Building, Room 110, located at 1924 Wilson Drive.

Dr. Leonardi Lombardini, a Texas A&M University horticulturist, will present "Italian Gardens through Time: from Rome to the Renaissance and Beyond."
