We're hiring 2026 Orientation Leaders

Orientation Leaders are supportive guides who officially welcome new students and their family members to Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ by providing a positive and excited environment to answer their questions, show them campus resources and help ease their nerves as they transition to college life.

Online applications are being accepted through March 6, 2026.

Who is my advisor?

You'll find your advisor and their contact information on the .

How do I take care of the holds on my account?

Log in to the . Any holds will include the hold type and the contact information for the office you must contact to clear the hold. 

You cannot register for classes if there are holds on your account.

When can I register for classes?

You can once you have been advised and registration holds have been removed. Registering for classes prior to attending Orientation is highly encouraged.

How can I change my major?

To change your major prior to Orientation, using your myÄ¢¹½ÊÓÆµ credentials.

Orientation Day

Changing your Orientation session date

Requests to change must be received at least two weeks prior to your preferred session.

To request a different session, complete the form on the .

You'll receive a confirmation email through myÄ¢¹½ÊÓÆµ once availability has been confirmed and your request has been granted.

Canceling your Orientation registration

The deadline to cancel is June 1. 

Refunds

Orientation registration is nonrefundable. It is returned to you (minus cancellations fees) in the form of a credit on your eBill.

Cancellation fees:

  • $20 per student
  • $10 per guest

To cancel your registration, complete the form on the . Additional information regarding the credit will be sent to your student email once the form is completed.
