Orientation and Family Programs

Parents and family members considered their Lumberjack's support team: this one is for you!

Guest Orientation is offered in tandem with Lumberjack Orientation. While your new Lumberjack is in their own sessions, you can be focused on attending specialized sessions focused on helping you support them throughout their transition to — and through — college.

We want to be sure all your questions are answered! Topics typically discussed include:

  • coaching your student to success
  • college financial preparation
  • campus safety
  • and getting involved at Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ.

Middle- or high-school siblings?

If you have a child entering grades 6-12, consider registering them for Destination Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ. We hear it's more exciting than the adult-focused sessions!

Registration information

  • Cost: $50 per adult guest, $40 per child guest
    • Includes lunch and T-shirt.
  • To register, select the appropriate add-on option during Lumberjack Orientation registration.
