On-campus housing is required for first-year, first-time students.
Living on campus offers a range of benefits that significantly enhance your first-year academic experience and personal development. Easy access to classes, academic resources and community support is just one way on-campus housing helps you adjust to your first year at Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ.
Housing application information
Wait! Are your required documents submitted?
Have you viewed the Becoming a Lumberjack checklist? You must have the state-mandated documents on file before gaining access to the online housing portal.
Housing application access is first-come, first-served and based on:
- your date of admission to Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ
- and the date(s) you submitted your required documents.
The Residence Life portal is typically available as early as late March through your myÄ¢¹½ÊÓƵ account. Check your student email regularly; this is where you'll receive details on the steps to complete your on-campus housing application.
Personalize your preferences
Once you log in to the Residence Life portal, you'll select your preferences: choose your ideal price range, bathroom style and hall type so you end up somewhere that feels like home. You can even select your roommate(s) — as long as everyone in the group picks each other, you're all set to live together!
