Paying Your Bill

Outside scholarship funding fall tuition priority deadline:
July 15

An outside scholarship is a scholarship awarded by an individual(s) or organization (e.g., church, school, civic club) to an Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ student.

1. Print processing form

The processing form for outside scholarships must be completed and submitted with the scholarship check.

2. Memo on check

Write the student's name and Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ ID number on the memo line of the check. If you don't know their Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ ID number, include their date of birth.

3. To whom is the check payable?

  • Student and Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ
    • If the check is payable jointly to the student and Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ, the student must endorse the check.
  • Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ only
    • Continue to next step.

4. Send the processing form and scholarship check

  • Drop off
    • 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday

Receipts

Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ does not mail receipts for outside scholarship checks. Instead, the canceled check will serve as the receipt for the individual or organization who wrote the check. The student may view the outside scholarship posted on their eBill.
