Our team of licensed medical professionals offer Lumberjacks primary care services right here at Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ. Students have access to a full range of medical services through the health clinic. From checkups and preventive care to immunizations to contraceptives and STI testing, we're here to help ensure that your time at Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ is happy and healthy.

Scheduling an appointment

Appointments are required for most visits and are usually available same-day or next-day. Schedule your appointment through the patient portal using your myÄ¢¹½ÊÓÆµ credentials.

Walk-in visits

If you have an acute illness, minor injury or reaction, you may walk-in during clinic hours and we will see you as soon as possible. Keep in mind there may be a longer wait time for walk-in visits. Appointments are strongly encouraged to reduce wait times and ensure timely care.

Need a sick note?

If you're seen by our provider, you may request a sick note at the time of your visit. The note will include the date of your visit and your return-to-class date. Sick notes don't guarantee an excused absence. Refer to HOP policy 02-102 (class attendance) and notify your instructors of your absence.
